Your comments will be publicly available

All information that you provide as part of your comments on this discussion forum, except for your email address, will become part of a publicly accessible file. This file will be posted on the CRTC’s website.

Your email address will not be publicly available

In order to submit a comment, you have to register for the discussion forum by providing a valid email address. These email addresses will not be included in the publicly accessible file.

Your user name and password

Your user name and password are for your use only. Do not share them with others.

Cookies and your computer

A "cookie" is a small file placed on your hard drive by a website. The CRTC’s discussion forum stores a cookie on your computer with details that are specific to your log in.

If you do not use cookies, you will still be able to view the discussion forum, but you will not be able to log into the site and post a comment. In this case, you may send your comment to the CRTC Webmaster. Include the question you are commenting on. We will post your comment anonymously.

The cookie used by the CRTC creates a randomly generated number and does not collect any personally identifying information. It expires after two weeks.

The CRTC discussion forum uses Google Analytics, a Web analytics service provided by Google Inc. This tool helps us measure traffic patterns to, from, and within this site. No personally identifying information is recorded or provided to Google. This anonymous information is only made available to designated staff to help us make this site more useful to visitors.

Please note that if you change your browser’s settings to refuse cookies, you will not be able to log into the discussion forum and post a comment.
